This policy explains how Avitr Global Private Limited (“Nirvritti”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit nirvritti.avitrglobalpvtltd.com or buy from us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email, delivery and billing address, and what you ordered.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
- Reviews and messages: reviews, photos or videos you choose to share, and messages you send us.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

- To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order and tracking updates
- To answer your questions and handle refunds or replacements
- To send offers and news, only if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe any time)
- To prevent fraud and misuse, including on cash-on-delivery orders
- To understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do their job:
- Courier partners (iCarry and the couriers it uses): name, phone and address, to deliver your order
- Payment partner (Razorpay): order amount and contact details, to process payment
- Email, analytics and hosting providers (such as Hostinger and Google Analytics): to run the website and send emails
- Government authorities: when the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, and understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the cart, may stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 8 years, as required by Indian tax law. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe, and delete inactive accounts on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it, unless we must keep it by law
- stop sending you marketing messages
