Free shipping on every order
We ship Fit-Root chocolates free of charge to all serviceable pin codes in India. There is no minimum order value.
When your order ships
- We make Fit-Root in small batches and pack every order fresh.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4 pm, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code:

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, festivals and local restrictions can cause delays.
Courier partners and tracking
We ship through iCarry and its courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking number. You can also track it from My Account → Orders.
Cash on delivery (COD)
- COD is available on every Double Dhamaka, Triple Dhamaka and combo pack.
- Single packs are prepaid only.
- Please keep the exact amount ready. Couriers may not carry change.
- If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.
If no one is home
The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. If the parcel can’t be delivered, it is returned to us and we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. For prepaid orders that can’t be delivered after three attempts, we refund the order value minus the return shipping cost.
Address changes
Email us within 2 hours of placing your order to change the delivery address. After dispatch we can’t change the address.
